Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. When you’re working in the software and realize you need a quick refresher, the easiest thing for you to do is a simple search in the Help manual.
For example, if you want to add a point on a line, but don’t remember the quick way your trainer showed you, you can run a search and get clear directions on how to use the F6 hotkey.
The Help manual also provides direct links to relevant training videos. Our training team has created a huge library of videos on every AGTEK program – software and mobile apps. You can find them all here or you can use the Help manual to quickly search and find the video you need.
For example, if you are working on creating a template you can search for “template” and get both written instructions and links to the videos for basic template entry, templates for trenches, templates for overexcavation, and templates for subgrade.
When we release new features or modules, we always create a short video highlighting the new functionality with a quick demonstration. The videos are broken down by module and available on the training video page of the website. Be sure to check out all of the videos for our new integrated Underground and Materials modules.
